Why is my MPG different in Carvico than it was in Simply Auto?

Simply Auto credits fuel economy to the tank you just bought — fuel you haven't burned yet. Carvico uses the standard full-tank method: economy is computed from the distance driven between full fill-ups, with partial fills carried forward. Your Carvico numbers may differ slightly from what Simply Auto showed, and the Carvico numbers are the methodologically correct ones.

Will my Simply Auto history import into Carvico?

Yes. Carvico auto-detects the Simply Auto CSV export format, with units and currency recognized automatically and a full preview before anything is saved. Fuel and service records import; app-specific extras outside the CSV cannot.

In the app, open the menu and look under Settings → Backup & Export for the CSV export (it saves or emails you the file; menu names vary slightly by version). Save it to iCloud Drive. Unmaintained apps can stop launching after any iOS update — don't wait.

Import into Carvico

In Carvico, choose Import and pick the CSV. The Simply Auto format is detected automatically — dates, odometer, volume, cost, units, currency.
